We offer the Kosher traveler 3 options for keeping Kosher in our self-catered vacation apartments:

- We can kosher the gas top and microwave oven, as well as provide you with an electric Shabbat hot plate and electric hot water urn at no extra cost.
- For an additional fee, we will provide a “Milchig” (dairy) kitchen, including one set of dishes, silverware, salt & pepper shakers, dish sponges, scouring pads, dish towels, kitchen utensils, draining rack, sink tub, tablecloth, pots & pans (used only by guests that keep kosher). We kosher the gas top and microwave oven, and provide an electric Shabbat hot plate and electric hot water urn.
- For an additional cost, we will provide separate “Milchig” (Dairy) and “Fleishig” (Meat) sets of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, salt shakers, dish sponges, scouring pads, dish towels, kitchen utensils, separate draining racks, sink tubs and tablecloths. We kosher the gas top and microwave oven, and provide you with an electric Shabbat hot plate and electric hot water urn.
